According to the Fund Rules of RNIDS (Article 10), "Each domestic legal entity which pays the annual membership fee of RNIDS can delegate a person who will participate, on their behalf, in activities of the Assembly of RNIDS. Membership is realised automatically, after a candidate has submitted to an authorised body of the Fund a written requirement for the membership activation, with all necessary information about a delegated representative and a proof that the membership fee has been paid."
In accordance with the decision of the Managing Board from 5 March, the annual fee for 2009 is 12,000 RSD and it can be paid to the current account of RNIDS, number 165-10529-80 (with "Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank a.d., Belgrade").
The completed Application form and a proof that the membership fee has been paid should be e-mailed to Dejan Đukić, the Assistant Director (dejan.djukic@rnids.rs). Afterwards, the original of the certified Application form should be sent via post to the following address:

After the receipt of the Application form and the proof that the membership fee has been paid, information about the member and their delegated representative will be added to the list of members, and the e-mail address of the delegated representative will be added to the discussion list of the RNIDS Assembly members.
Only delegated representatives of the members have the voting right at meetings of the RNIDS Assembly. If a member of RNIDS wants to delegate another person as their representative in RNIDS, they should complete the Application form with new information, certify and send it in the same manner as when they have accessed the organisation.
