The Fund Director, elected and dismissed by the Managing Board, represents and acts on behalf of RNIDS. The mandate of the Director of RNIDS is 4 years.
The Director deals with:
- day-to-day management of operations of RNIDS;
- commencing and terminating employment of workers;
- implementing decisions of the Managing Board;
- managing activities of expert departments.
The Director represents and acts on behalf of RNIDS in the legal turnover, therefore has rights and obligations of a financial employer. The Director is responsible to the Managing Board, to which they regularly (at least once a year) submit a report on their work. The Director submits a report on their work at a regular Assembly meeting. The Director attends sessions of the Managing Board of RNIDS but has no voting right.
The Managing Board of RNIDS have appointed Nenad Marinković as the Director of the organisation.
