The Assembly is made of authorised representatives of legal entities, with the status of active members of RNIDS.
The Assembly of RNIDS:
- ratifies the plan and program of activities of RNIDS,
- discusses and ratifies a report on activities of the Managing Board (at least once a year),
- discusses and ratifies a report on activities of the Director of RNIDS (at least once a year),
- discusses and ratifies a financial plan and report,
- makes decisions on the membership of RNIDS in international organisations,
- ratifies rule books on operations of RNIDS,
- makes decisions on establishing working groups and sections,
- makes decisions on appointing and dismissing members of the Managing Board,
- makes decisions on enclosing contracts with authorised state bodies,
- ratifies, modifies and completes provisions of the Fund Rules of RNIDS,
- performs other activities determined by the Fund Rules of RNIDS.
